A month after the news was announced that Marc Almond's concert had been canceled, the Fortress of Culture decided to extend the deadline for refunding money for purchased tickets. The planned refund period was one month (from March 24 to April 22), but it was extended until August 14th 2021, i.e. the date when the concert was to be held. To recall, the concert was canceled due to the uncertain situation and the inability to connect the date of the tour, unfortunately for the audience and the organizers of the Fortress of Culture.
Tickets can only be returned at the points of sale where they were purchased.
TICKETS PURCHASED AT CITY POINT
At City Point, customers are entitled to a refund upon presentation of a ticket and invoice, during regular business hours.
TICKETS PURCHASED AT EVENTIM
The refund is possible at the point of sale at which the tickets were purchased. In case tickets are purchased through a web site, the refund will be paid to the card. For all additional questions, customers can contact info@eventim.hr.
