The opening night of the International Children’s Festival, Šibenik's Night, marks the beginning of the city’s vibrant summer rhythm. On June 13th, at Barone Fortress - with a view of the fireworks above the city rooftops - you can expect a true explosion of good vibes with Cubismo’s rhythms.
Cubismo is one of Croatia’s most renowned bands, known for nearly three decades of successfully blending Afro-Cuban rhythms, salsa, and Latin jazz with elements of both the local and international jazz scene. Founded in 1995, the band quickly developed a distinctive sound defined by energetic horn sections, virtuosic rhythms, and a powerful live performance atmosphere. Throughout their career, they have performed at numerous festivals and venues in Croatia and abroad, and their concerts are known for delivering an authentic Latin music experience.
Cubismo has released a series of critically acclaimed albums and collaborated with respected musicians from Croatia and beyond. Their music continues to receive praise from both audiences and critics. Led by frontman Hrvoje Rupčić, their performances are famous for their vibrant dance atmosphere, often transforming the concert space into a true Latin fiesta.
