The second of two focus groups in EMOUNDERGROUNDS's programme of capacity building was held yesterday in House of Arts Arsen Šibenik.
The participants were mostly reperesentatives of stakeholders in culture who shared their experience and dissussed the problems they meet in carrying out their programmes and activities. At the end of the meeting, the need for more frequent mutual communication was emphasized. Such meetings and exchanges of views would contribute to better understanding between all stakeholders and allow stakeholders from different sectors to meet and agree on possible future cooperation.
The first focus group was held on April 30th at Barone Fortress with participants from general public (mostly local population). This allowed to combine conclusions from participants coming from each area of the quadruple helix (public authorities, businesses, research, citizens) which are already advised to be included in Guidelines Manual and Recommendations and follow-up for public policies (as part of Activity T3.3).
